This piece stands out for its beautiful central decoration featuring a stylised fish with very pronounced black graphic lines, surrounding areas of vibrant colours (vivid red, saffron yellow, blue-green, and touches of green). A strong aesthetic reminiscent of cubist style and Mediterranean folk art from that era. The base of the dish showcases a brushed finish with blue-grey stripes, while the underside and rim display a superb speckled/veined black and white effect that is very chic.
