Modernist plate with stylized fish – 1950s ceramic

Rare and elegant ceramic plate with an organic design typical of the 1950s. Its free-flowing, biomorphic shape showcases a stylized fish, hand-painted in shades of yellow, gray, black, and pale red. The fluid lines and clean lines evoke the post-war modernist spirit, somewhere between abstract art and Mediterranean influence. No maker's mark or provenance indicated. In good vintage condition, with some minor variations in glaze and signs of age that add to its charm, including two small chips on the underside (see photos).
