A glass form in the shape of a goblet, which can also be considered a vase on a very high base, was produced by the Krakow Glass Institute under the direction of designer Jerzy Słuczan-Orkusz in Poland in the 1970s. The vase is sold in a worn condition due to a repair that was made at the joint between the base and the body.
