The central motif is a sculpted griffin (or sphinx) with precisely rendered wings and classical features, supporting a glass bowl. The glass is transparent with a delicate green tint, turning into an intense, transparent green at the edges. The bowl's surface has a hobnail, pressed texture and a distinctly wavy rim, contrasting with the matte, slightly patinated metal. The whole piece is in neoclassical style with clear mythological and architectural inspirations typical of early 20th-century European decorative art.
