pair of Asian candlesticks from the 19th century in bronze

Very pretty Asian bronze candlesticks from the 19th century. Constructed in four joined parts, it consists of a semi-cylindrical base where three feet in the shape of masks support the object. Around the shaft, made up of several evolutions, winds a Kirin, a Japanese mythological dragon, messenger of peace and prosperity. The top of the candlestick and the bobeche form the other two elements, with the top of the candlestick being the final screw for reassembling the whole. In good general condition, no major defects. Traces of candle wax. Dimensions: 16.5cm height, 8.8cm base diameter, weight 600g.
