Charming old jug in opaque earthenware from Sarreguemines. Its polychrome Orientalist decoration is inspired by the chinoiseries that were very fashionable at the end of the 19th century. The colours, slightly blended and vibrant, provide a lovely effect. This small jug will fit well in both a collection of antique earthenware and in a decorative setting. Beautiful old patina.
