Game table "in handkerchief" by Paul Sormani, cabinetmaker to Napoleon III, late 19th century; Louis XVI style in mahogany and mahogany veneer. Square in shape, it rests on four fluted legs of gilded brass. The game top in green felt needs restoration; two missing brass inlays shown in the photos are provided in the drawer.
