Magnificent and large vintage appetizer or hors d'oeuvre platter with three compartments, made of barbotine/majolica style ceramic (Bassano style). This tray stands out with its superb decorations of finely crafted spring vegetables in high relief and hand-painted: bundles of asparagus, carrots, crunchy radishes, and tomatoes. The contrast between the glossy white background of the earthenware and the colourful realism of the vegetables adds a rustic, fresh, and decidedly retro touch to your table. It is ideal for elegantly presenting your crudités, sauces, tapas, or petits fours during family meals or buffet dinners. Excellent vintage condition.
