A six-compartment earthenware aperitif plate, featuring a central circular space, made by the Gien factory in France, likely in the 1950s–1960s. Its compartmentalised shape, both functional and decorative, is typical of mid-20th-century tableware, designed for moments of conviviality. The earthenware has a soft, warm off-white hue, enhanced by a slight crazing of the glaze, a testament to the passage of time and the charm of antique pieces. A beautiful everyday object, ideal for an elegant aperitif service or repurposed as a decorative tray. Condition: very good overall condition. Slight crazing of the glaze, with no cracks or chips. Vintage aperitif plate, Gien France, French earthenware, vintage tableware, 50s, 60s, compartmentalised plate, vintage crockery.
