Born in Roubaix in 1938, Stefani spent her youth in Flanders with its special atmosphere that is felt in many of her works. He paints with great finesse the seashores and the characters. Each work is very worked with a beautiful light and a great lightness. His teachers were Eugène Boudin, Jondking, Petitjean and Albert Lebourg as well as the schools of Honfleur and Barbizon.
