Louis XV style donkey back desk

Style: The curved legs and decorative brass handles are reminiscent of the Louis XV / Rococo or French Provençal style. Features: A sloping flap that opens to serve as a writing surface, with small interior compartments and drawers for storing mail or papers. Two lower drawers. The writing tablet has retained some of its leather covering with traces of its original but worn decoration. Condition: The cabinet has been repainted in matte black with wear, for a shabby-chic effect, and its interior is painted brick red.
