A baroque secretary with a drop-down front from the mid-18th century. Made of fir and poplar and veneered with walnut, featuring large inserts of burl veneer. Curved at the front and resting on cabriole legs, it has two drawers and a drop-down door revealing a cabinet with four small drawers and an open compartment concealing a secret. The back has been replaced, but the locks are original.
