Pair of Art Deco marble and onyx bookends

Superb pair of vintage bookends weighing 7kg made from natural stone, composed of various marbles and onyx with particularly rich hues. Their geometric construction combines a large light stone with red, white, and honey veining, stone elements in pink and brown tones, as well as a green stone base enhanced with black. The back parts are made of black marble veined with white, offering a very elegant contrast with the coloured stones on the front. The variations in colour, veining, and patterns are natural and make each piece unique. They will look just as beautiful in a library as they would simply as decorative objects on a console or desk.
