Side Table in Rosewood by Severin Hansen for Haslev Møbelfabrik, 1950s

Magnificent multifunctional table designed by Severin Hansen and produced by Haslev Møbelfabrik in the 1950s. Made from richly grained rosewood, the table features the clean joinery and elegant proportions characteristic of Hansen, as well as an original woven basket underneath for storage. Originally designed as a sewing table, it also serves as a side table or bedside table - a versatile piece that effortlessly fits into both modern and classic interiors. The table is in very good condition and shows only minor signs of wear. The surface of the tabletop exhibits natural colour variations consistent with its age.
