Teak Side Table by Severin Hansen for Haslev, 1950s

A charming side table/sewing table by Severin Hansen Jr. For Haslev Møbelfabrik. It features a large sliding basket underneath for storing yarn or thread. It also has a drawer that slides out from the front of the piece for storing needles, thread, or accessories. It can easily be used as a side table or bedside table. The table has sturdy tapered triangular legs that connect to the top. This piece would be a unique addition to any modern environment. The table has been inspected and fully restored by our well-trained Danish carpenter, so it is in excellent condition.
