Set of 4 old paintings dated 1816

Superb set of 4 old paintings, restoration period. Oils on wood framed and dated 1816 on the back on old glued paper. These are most likely 4 portraits of the same family: the father, the mother and the two children. The whole is a real curiosity because it is very rare to find a complete series of portraits of one and the same family. The paintings are in very good condition. Small lack of gilding on the frames which are made of wood and gilded stucco (see photos) On the back of the frame, a metal hanger allows them to hang on the wall. Size: 2 small paintings: 26.3 cm X 22.2 cm X 2.8 cm (with frame) 2 large paintings: 33 cm X 28.2 cm X 2.6 cm (with frame).
