Pair of Belarti ceramic tiles on teak wood

This is very nice pair of belgian designer/artist belarti (signed) beautiful tiled wall hanging. Known for creating vibrant bold colors and a series of beautiful women in native dress from around the world. One depicts a german/swiss woman in her durnil with fiery red hair. The other depicts a south american girl harvesting fruit. The are mounted on a teak (with appropriate wear) and framed with a cast iron metal frame. They are colorful and fun. They measure 88cm X 16cm x2 cm.
