"Tau" desk/table by Gae Aulenti for La Rinascente. Thick glass top on a sturdy brushed metal frame with highlighted construction details. The steel frame is in excellent condition, with a beautiful patina, no rust marks, dents, or warping on the uprights. The thick glass top has a few shallow surface scratches. A small chip on one edge of the top is noteworthy.
