Louis XVI style marble fireplace

Arabescato marble fireplace in the Louis XVI style, late 19th century. The fluted and reeded uprights are adorned with rosettes at the top, and the lintel is carved with a stylized motif in the center. Thick hearth. Originally from a manor house in southern Brittany. Fireplace dimensions: H 82 x W 90 x D 25 cm. Fireplace dimensions: H 106 x W 136 x D 35 cm. Note a restoration to the crossbar below the lintel.
