A mobile drop front creating a writing space and an interior layout including 4 small storage drawers. Description and condition. Small lady's secretary featuring the curved lines characteristic of the Louis XV style. The exterior surfaces highlight the contrasting grain of the rosewood and walnut veneer, complemented by marquetry on the drop front. The piece is fitted with its brass feet, caps, and ingots. The item has undergone a complete restoration. The structure is sound, rigid, and stable. The drop front and internal drawers are well-fitted and operate smoothly. The hardware is complete. Not used since its restoration, in impeccable condition.
