Unique mid century modern drinks cabinet/ cocktail bar/ dry bar cart made in Italy in the 1960's by Cesare Lacca, an Italian designer architect born in Napels. This particular bar cabinet is executed in high gloss laquered walnut, black painted wooden legs and support with brass inlay, brass rods with a removable glass top. The lithograph on the front is perfect. Depicting a typical Italian 18th century outdoor festivity. When the door opens normally there is light going on but the plug and cord at the back is missing. The inside of this cabinet is covered with a mosaic of mirrored glass. The bottom has a washable plastic-coated finish. On the sides 2 small glass shelves with brass details. The 6 vintage glasses are included in the sale. The original casters and wheels are slender and elegant. Very well made with great detials, a good example of real Italian mid century post war craftmanship. A real eye-catcher in any modern or vintage interior for your home, bar, hotel or restaurant. Very good vintage condition, minor usersmarks, no discoloration.
