Empire Period Flamed Mahogany Secretary, Return from Egypt, 19th Century

Empire period flamed mahogany secretary, returned from egypt. It opens with a drawer at the top, a flap covered with gilded leather with small iron revealing seven small drawers and a shelf, at the bottom it opens with two doors revealing two drawers. The uprights decorated with egyptian heads, rests on four feet including two claw feet at the front. Black marble top. Keys present and functional locks. 19th century height 143 cm width 98 cm depth 41.5 cm.
