Pair of 19th century walnut stepladder chairs

Pair of Italian sgabelli chairs in solid walnut. Circa 1860. Renaissance style with carved decoration of chimeras, cherubs, cartouches, gaudrons, and foliage. An old restoration has been made to one of the front left legs (see last photo). The chairs are stable and in good condition.
