Elegant pair of stools in walnut and Sorrento marquetry from the 19th century. A very beautiful set where we can find darkened wood patinated over time, wood marquetry, and walnut. The backrest is decorated with a putto with a quiver, standing on a base of cornucopias, brandishing a tambourine, while the seat is marquetried with two interlaced geometric figures. The legs are marquetried with a coat of arms featuring a crowned lion. A very beautiful pair of chairs that have a superb patina and are in magnificent condition.
