German Bauhaus Pivoting Table Lamp by Hala, 1930s

Vintage design. Hala table lamp from the 1930s. This simple and functional table lamp is appealing due to its details and the quality of materials. For example, the handle is made of ebony. The light head can pivot around the stem, allowing for the direction of the light. The stem is curved at the top, reaching the lampshade centrally. The lampshade is secured at the top with a disc-shaped screw. The brass and base have been recently burned. The surface had already been burned but showed some damage, necessitating a restoration of the surface. The lights are in very good condition with signs of wear. The surface has been polished by a craftsman and burned again. The electrical system has been renewed.
