Classic vintage wooden secretary.

Classic-style secretary bookcase probably dating from the first half of the 20th century, topped with a significant glass section and featuring a discreet drop-down revealing a compartmentalized desk space. Made from warm wood with golden hues—likely cherry or oak given its careful grain—it stands out for its neat moldings and beautiful presence. Its vast storage spaces, combining cabinets, drawers, and shelves, make it a piece of character that is both elegant and functional for a living room or study. Condition: Structure is healthy, robust, and perfectly functional (the drop-down opens smoothly, and the drawers and doors slide easily). The wood shows a harmonious patina of time, marked by a few very light superficial micro-scratches and discreet small dents from use on the edges. These slight signs of age testify to its history while preserving its charm and original solidity.
