Carved buffet in solid oak

Low buffet with two carved wooden doors, Louis XV style, 18th century. Elegant low buffet opening with two moulded and carved doors, topped with two drawers at the front. It features a rich carved decoration of rocaille motifs, foliage, and scrolls, highlighted by fine mouldings and beaded frames. The drawers are adorned with patinated metal handles and keyholes. The front is rhythmically designed with a central upright carved with a floral rosette motif. The lower crosspiece is shaped, decorated with relief carving and a central medallion, resting on curved feet ending in scrolls. The top has a simple line that harmoniously contrasts with the richness of the front decoration. The old patina and warm tones of the wood enhance the craftsmanship of the carving. The interiors are well-finished and glazed.
