Cherry Wood Buffet, Louis XV style – Mid 19th century

This superb buffet in solid cherry wood, dated from the mid-19th century, stands out for the warmth of its patinated wood and the elegance of its lines typical of the Louis XV style. It features a harmonious façade composed of three drawers, two of which are side drawers with drop handles, while the small central drawer, complete with its key, adds an extra touch of refinement. The two moulded doors, adorned with chiselled lock entries, open to reveal a generous storage space. The lock is fully functional. The lower rail, curved and moulded, highlights the graceful silhouette of the piece, while the small cabriole legs give it a light and delicately curved appearance. The whole forms an authentic and charming buffet, ideal for enhancing an interior where one wishes to blend prestige, history, and timeless elegance. 481V
