French Antique Louis XV 4 Arm 5 Light Brass Crystal and Glass Chandelier 3429

French antique 5 light brass and crystal cage chandelier in a louis XV style dating from the early 1900s. The chandelier is made up of a four sided central cage formation with recurve arms. The arms lead to round candle drip holders and the candle drips are the old wooden type in keeping with the age of the chandelier. In the centre of the cage hangs a single bulb holder and at the bottom of the cage are 4 small curved arms each with crystal droplets. Above the cage is a decorative glass column and at the top of this are 6 small arms decorated with clear and purple crystal droplets.the chandelier hangs from a small cup style ceiling fitting. This beautiful chandelier is adorned with crystals of many shapes and sizes with purple and brown droplets intermingled between them.
