2 x Swedese "Kontra" armchairs Yngve Ekström vintage Sweden

Characterful mid-century design with a beautiful frame made of solid oak and the generous armrests typical of the Kontra model. The clear, almost architectural form is pleasantly contrasted by the softly upholstered cushions. Both armchairs have been completely refurbished, reupholstered with a high-quality, light fabric, and newly padded. The oak wood has been carefully restored, beautifully showcasing its natural grain. An exceptional set of two that combines Scandinavian design, high-quality craftsmanship, and great seating comfort – ideal for a stylish lounge, reading nook, or as a special highlight in mid-century interiors. A particularly beautiful pair for lovers of authentic Swedish design.
