Large wall tapestry The Lady and the Unicorn - Hearing G. Boitard

Large tapestry depicting one of the iconic scenes from The Lady and the Unicorn, a famous medieval suite preserved at the Cluny Museum. This is the scene known as "Hearing," identifiable by the lady playing the portable organ, surrounded by her richly detailed plant and animal universe. This piece is an old French edition, made after a model from the late 15th century, signed G. Boitard and part of a limited edition of 200 copies (this is the tenth).
