Mountain views. Size: 28 X 39 cm (including frame) Oil on canvas. A stunningly executed panoramic winter landscape composition, painted in oil onto canvas. Painted in an expressive manner, a calming palette as well as short and lightly textured brushstrokes combine to form this painterly composition, featuring expansive views over a snow capped mountain landscape filled with trees. This oil on canvas is housed in a gilt frame with an inner green window, and is in overall good vintage condition. The colours of the frame pick up on the colours within the painting beautifully. The frame has some minor scuffs, and the painting has some light areas of craquelure, commensurate with its age.
