Longwy Chinese compote bowl 19th century salamanders

Old 19th century earthenware fruit bowl signed "longwy chinois" below, richly decorated with apple blossoms in and below the lobed cup. Base with four salamanders, lizards or dragons. Cobalt blue patterns on a white background, contemporary piece of art nouveau, at the height of orientalism. Condition: “in its own juice”. Cracks, gaps and regluing visible in photos. Dimensions (cm): diameter 22.5 X h13.5. Net weight 700g.
