Very pretty old pedestal bowl, made of Sarreguemines Utzchneider & Cie ironstone, model "Alphand" in brown-sepia. The pottery is patinated and more stained at the bowl than at the foot; there is also a restoration on the edge, a piece seems to have been reattached - see photos. Diameter 22.4 cm, height 13 cm. Weight before packaging: 700g.
