Mobile sewing table, N. Simonsen, Denmark 1960s, mid-century, vintage

This mobile sewing table was manufactured in Denmark in the 1960s/70s by Niels Simonsen. It is finished in teak veneer with solid teak edges and legs. Beneath the tabletop is a pull-out drawer with compartments, perfect for sewing supplies or other knick-knacks, and beneath the drawer is a beautiful jute "basket." The entire piece is mounted on casters. This piece has been fully restored and sealed with a hard wax oil that is resistant to stains and water. This sewing table is simply charming and ready to move into your apartment, studio, or workshop.
