Small Mahogany Living Room Table, Louis XVI Period – Late 18th Century

This small solid mahogany table opens with a drawer with a brass lens button in the belt. Below, it also offers a curtained niche for storing objects or personal effects. The whole rests on turned constricted legs ending in a ringed part. The top is molded on the front and decorated with overhanging strips on the sides and back.
