Superb vintage set consisting of a round coffee table and its four matching stools on wheels, made of rattan and woven hemp rope, in the spirit of the iconic creations of the designer couple Adrien Audoux and Frida Minet. Mid-20th century. The dense and regular weaving of the rope, combined with the rattan structure, gives the set a warm and graphic presence. The natural materials add a lot of character while remaining understated, allowing for integration into a bohemian, vintage, wabi-sabi, or contemporary interior. The table is designed to accommodate the four stools that slide completely underneath, providing practical and discreet storage. The wheels ensure easy handling without compromising the overall aesthetic. In perfect condition: sound structure, well-tensioned rope, rattan in very good condition. Decorative and functional set.
