Vintage Niderviller Modernist Ceramic Coffee Pot 1960 with 2 Cups

This superb niderviller earthenware set consists of two large cups and a coffee pot or teapot. This modernist model from the 1960s is called "voile". In milky white enamel, it features a delightful hand-decorated gray line design and black abstract patterns. The niderviller factory was a renowned earthenware factory from the 18th century until the end of the 20th century. Marked "niderviller décoratif main - made in france - voile", this service is in beautiful condition. The coffee pot measures 26 cm in height X 20 cm. The cups measure 17 cm in height X 7.5 cm in diameter. I note discreet scratches from use and hair on the cups, as well as two chips on the coffee pot (one under the lid and one on the upper rim).
