This oil on canvas in very good condition is dated lower right 1940 and signed p. Soubron. It represents a dance scene in the style of the paintings of the Russian avant-garde (rayonist movement of larionov and goncharova) and the sets created for the ballets russes of diaghilev. This canvas is framed by a molded frame (louis-philippe style) in light oak-colored wood with ivory marie-louise with a width of 10 cm in total.
