Geometric armchairs by LFM, Poland, 1970s

A pair of armchairs manufactured by Lubuskie Fabryki Mebli in Poland in the 1970s. Constructed from wood and furniture board, these armchairs are heavy and stable. The backrest, seat, and armrests are shaped with upholstered padding. The distinct geometric form is softened by new structural upholstery fabric in white, covering the entire body of the armchairs, as in the original design. This piece reflects the modernist style of the 1970s, echoing the era’s monumental and geometric architecture.
