Height-adjustable coffee table, maple, beech, vintage from the 50s

Typical 50s coffee table with a beautiful contrast between the light-coloured maple veneer and the dark Teakton. The brass sleeves at the bottom of the legs can be extended by 10cm using a crank mechanism. This means the coffee table can also be used for dining. The table can be extended at the ends with 2 leaves of 26.5 cm each. The solid beech frame and the extensions have been sanded, stained in the same colour as the veneer frame of the main table top and given a glossy lacquer finish. The old high-gloss lacquer on the table top was preserved by polishing.
