19th century oak farmhouse table 270cm with extensions

Very old solid oak farmhouse table from the end of the 19th century. Very beautiful singular appearance with its tapered oak base and its parquet top. Doweled assembly, very beautiful assembly of the top. A drawer topped with a shell handle at each end. Extension system via metal pulls sliding in wooden cleats, which have been changed over time and are not original. The extensions, in pine, are not original either, but have been adapted and made to measure. They are placed robustly on the cleats then a metal tip allows them to be fixed securely to the table. Very easy to install and very stable. Restored, this table has been sanded, treated, then protected using a transparent matt varnish. The oak is very old and therefore has this shade so typical of old oak, rather dark. Defects may be present due to its great age, please refer to the many photos.
