Very rare floor lamp by Kinkeldey from the 1960s. This lamp was also available with a Verner Panton patterned shade. For this reason, this lamp is more often attributed as a Panton design. The most distinctive detail of this lamp is the base, whose trumpet shape is made up of fine rods. A play of transparency that makes this large floor lamp particularly light. At the top is a cylindrical shade. The lampshade is lined on the inside and covered with a large textile structure. The lamp head is adjustable and secured in height by a large knurled screw. The lamp has four versions. Three are arranged radially around the core and illuminate the shade from the inside. One version points upwards like a ceiling spotlight. The versions can be switched individually via three switches to control the light intensity or, for example, just the ceiling spotlight. There is also a central switch at the base. The cable is visible inside the base and escapes through the rods. The lamp is in very good condition with signs of wear. A pull chain switch has been renewed.
