Very large ancient turned terracotta jar, handcrafted. Very beautiful volume, ovoid shape, raw clay with a truly superb old black and nuanced patina. Large open neck, very decorative. You can see the turning marks inside, which testify to genuine artisanal work. The bottom is pierced, probably for use as a planter. Very good condition. Dimensions: height approximately 80 centimetres, maximum diameter approximately 70 centimetres. Weight: approximately 44 kg.
