Small compote dish in faience Terre de Fer from the H. Boulenger brand, a famous French manufacturer in Choisy-le-Roi. Model "Lyonnais", featuring pretty decorative friezes on the inner and outer edges and the base of the foot, depicting birds on flowering branches, in a bluish-green colour. Stamped under the foot Terre de Fer, HB & Cie, Lyonnais, allowing this piece to be dated between 1880 and 1910. Bowl on a pedestal, with a tall and flared foot.
