Armchair called "morris" for the famous english designer william morris - pioneer of the arts and craft style in the late nineteenth century. The morris armchair proposed here is a later replica, probably dating from the interwar period. It has two large armrests extending backwards in racks allowing, with the help of a bar (one end of which is incomplete) to adjust the inclination of the backrest. A sliding footrest is hidden under the seat. The cushions have been redone by me and I would call them "correct".
