Made from solid wood, it stands out with an architecture of straight and balanced lines. Its backrest is adjustable for comfort, thanks to a rack-and-pinion system integrated into the wide, overhanging armrests. Its new high-density cushions, generously padded, are covered in a boucle fabric that adds warmth and softness. Created in Victorian England and popularised by William Morris in the 1860s, these models were among the first modern reclining chairs and are emblematic of the Arts & Crafts movement.
