Pair of Italian Designer Cocoon Pendant lights original from the 1960s

Gorgeous and rare pair of cocoon pendant lights, original back from the 1960s. Made of metal frame and special flexible resin, which was the new material used especially in that decade in Germany as well as in Italy from Achille Castiglioni for the new art of lighting. The hanging lamps are shaped like starfish, beautiful to look at, both are handmade and vary a little in shape and size. We found no other lamps like this before. They show many visible signs of wear, such as rusty and other spots, but have no holes. If you would like to have new lights, please do not buy these ones ! The have new wiring and bulb holders for standard bulbs, and can be mounted at 110V as well as 220V.
