Polychrome Alsatian wardrobe 1800

Antique polychrome Alsatian wardrobe from the 1800s. With its pine structure, we love its substantial size, which is quite shallow. The base has wave cutouts, and the top is topped with a cornice. The door is decorated with a motif featuring mouldings. The wardrobe has a light green patina, with darker green patterns and painted areas that have a worn appearance. The thick paint is slightly chipped in places. The original lock has been replaced, so the wardrobe now closes with a more recent bolt lock. The old keyhole is still present. Patina from use.
