Roger Capron's empty pocket or ashtray in white French ceramic with floral decoration inside in multi-colored enamels. Of a very good size, it has some small signs of wear due to its great age but has lost none of its original beauty. Roger Capron (1922 -2006) won the Grand Prix International de la Céramique in 1970. A gifted and visionary ceramicist, he contributed to the golden age of ceramics with Picasso, Derval, and Picault. He was notably hired to redecorate the Byblos hotel in St Tropez.
